On July 11, 2022, ToughBuilt Industries, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company’s online gross sales through Amazon.com for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2022 were approximately $3.56 million ($3,560,000), representing a 20% increase from the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2022; and that the Company’s sales for the six months ended June 30, 2022 increased by 24% to approximately
$7.01 million
($7,010,000) compared to
$5.31 million
($5,310,000) for the first half of 2021.
